White Lily pancakes

  • 1 1/4 c White Lily self-rising flour
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c milk
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil


  1. Combine milk, egg, and oil in small bowl
  2. Add milk, egg, and oil mixture to flour
  3. Stir until just blended
  4. Pour 1/4 c of batter for each pancake onto hot griddle.

We use a lot of White Lily self-rising flour in our house. It is a favorite of my wife’s. This is my go to recipe for pancakes in the morning.
