- 1 1/4 c White Lily self-rising flour
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 3/4 c milk
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- Combine milk, egg, and oil in small bowl
- Add milk, egg, and oil mixture to flour
- Stir until just blended
- Pour 1/4 c of batter for each pancake onto hot griddle.
We use a lot of White Lily self-rising flour in our house. It is a favorite of my wife’s. This is my go to recipe for pancakes in the morning.
